TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• • Minimum Age – You need to be over 18 to purchase alcohol. If you are not over 18, we will not serve you under any circumstances.
  • Challenge 25 – We operate a challenge 25 policy. If you’re 25 years old or over and lucky enough to look younger, we will ask for an acceptable photographic ID to verify your age before we can fulfil delivery of your order.
  • Card Payments – If you are paying by card you will need to show the card used to make the purchase along with the photographic ID that matches the card used to identify you as the cardholder, when we deliver your alcohol purchase.
  • Required Details – We need your full name, full postal address and telephone number. Our drivers will only deliver orders to the address provided to us.
  • Driver Safety – Only 1 person must approach our driver to collect delivery. Our drivers have been instructed to drive away if more than 1 person approaches their vehicle.
  • Refusal to deliver – Our drivers will refuse delivery to anyone who appears intoxicated, underage, or who is verbally or physically abusive in any way.
  • Purchasing For Minors – Our drivers will refuse delivery to anyone suspected to be purchasing alcohol for a minor.
  • Police Liaisons – We will pass details of any physically abusive customers to the police without reserve, and we will refuse any further deliveries to the same address in the future.
  • Cheque Payments – We DO NOT accept payment for goods by cheque.
  • Delivery Charges – For orders over £25, we provide FREE DELIVERY for all orders within the Bury and Radcliffe Areas, £2 delivery for all orders to Heywood, and Ramsbottom, £3 delivery for all orders to Rochdale and only £4 delivery to Bolton or Manchester.
  • Cancellation Charges – All orders are dispatched for delivery within 5 minutes of a customer placing their order. Any cancellations after this time will result in a minimum £10 cancellation charge.
  • Right To Amend – We reserve the right to change or amend our prices or offers at any time and without notice.
  • Right To Refuse – We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods to any individual at any time.
