Dial A Drink FAQ

Yes, you can pay by debit or credit card. Just let us know how you wish to pay when you call us to our dial a drink service.

We accept chip and pin, so you don’t have to worry about disclosing your card details over the phone and we never store your card details. The driver will take your payment with a handheld chip and pin payment device when he comes with your alcohol delivery order.  Please remember to have suitable Photo ID as proof of age that matches the credit or debit card being used to verify you as the card holder. This must be either a passport, driving license or PASS hologram card. Without this we will not be able to serve you!

The minimum alcohol delivery order value is £25 excluding the delivery and cigarettes.

If you are over 25 and look over 25 we won’t need to see any ID. However we operate a challenge 25 policy and you may be asked to show proof of age if you are lucky enough to look under 25. Please understand this is a necessary measure to ensure we are not selling alcohol  to anyone under 18. The only acceptable proofs of ID are passport, driving licence or a PASS hologram card.

Our 24 hour alcohol delivery service covers Bury, Radcliffe, Heywood, Ramsbottom, Bolton and Rochdale. If you are outside of these areas, please feel free to give us a call on our freephone number and we will let you know if we are able to deliver to you.

Yes we do. Please feel free to call us to discuss your requirements.
